Thanks for shopping at 19bay.com. Bought something online, but it’s not what you expected it to be. Don’t worry, we’re here for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return! You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of 19Bay packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Here’s how to return an item:
- Send the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories
- If available, attach the packing slip that came with the item
- If you don’t have the original packing slip, you can sign in to your account, select the order and then print out an Easy Returns Receipt.
- Unlike other companies, 19bay.com DOES NOT charge restocking or service fees when you return a product so rest easy knowing that when you want your money back – we give it all back.
In Case Of Pre-Payment:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Remarks:
- Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, a 19bay.com return specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within one day and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.
Please Note: Some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 days for the credit to show on your account so allow as much as 14 days for the credit to be applied.
In Case Of Cash On Delivery (COD):
Simply inform the delivery executive of your decision to return the product on arrival. You are entitled to get a No Questions Asked (NQA) privilege as a valuable client. If the delivery executive refuses to respond accordingly simply take an extra effort to call 01641188087.
